ProScore is a NVIDIA-powered AI enterprise workforce intelligence platform that helps contractors, owners, government agencies, and workforce development organizations streamline prevailing wage compliance, apprenticeship management, certified payroll, and workforce reporting. As VP of Marketing & Creative, I led the company’s brand, product experience, and go to market strategy from inception, directing the platform UX, AI driven user experience, brand identity, website, learning ecosystem, and integrated marketing initiatives that established ProScore as a leader in an emerging market.

I led the UI/UX design for the ProScore Compliance Platform, working closely with executive leadership and software developers to shape the product from the ground up. The goal was to create a clear, intuitive experience that simplified complex compliance workflows while making prevailing wage reporting, apprenticeship management, and certified payroll easier to navigate and manage.
ProScore Academy
Platform Launch Video
I conceived, wrote, produced, and edited this video to introduce ProScore Academy and demonstrate how the platform supports onboarding, OSHA education, workforce development, and continuing education. The objective was to simplify a complex learning ecosystem and show how users could quickly build the knowledge and confidence needed to get the most from the ProScore platform.
Brand Identity & Design System
I developed the ProScore brand identity and design system from the ground up, establishing the visual and verbal standards that guided every customer touchpoint. The guidelines defined the brand’s positioning, voice, typography, color palette, iconography, imagery, and design principles, creating a consistent foundation across the platform, website, Academy, and all marketing communications.

OSHA Training Course Sample
I conceived, and produced this OSHA training course for ProScore Academy, the platform’s integrated learning management system (LMS). The course was designed to give apprentices a clear, engaging path to OSHA certification while supporting workforce development and long term adoption and compliance of the ProScore platform.
