Throughout his career, Seamus has shaped creative work for global brands including Bugatti, Kellogg’s, Johnson & Johnson, Umbro, Nike, and Scotch & Soda, as well as emerging technology companies including SIGMA•AI and ProScore Technologies. Whatever the industry, his focus remains the same: find what makes the brand matter and build from there.

Seamus believes the best creative work starts with understanding people, not marketing to them. He looks for the idea at the heart of a brand, then uses design, storytelling, technology, and experience to bring it to life. Every decision should support that idea, from the broadest expression of the brand down to the smallest detail. He has little interest in formulas or chasing trends. The medium has never mattered as much as the idea behind it.

That thinking shapes the way he leads. Seamus sets a clear direction, surrounds himself with talented people, and gives them the freedom to challenge it. He stays close to the creative process for a very simple reason: he still loves the work.

His work continues to move wherever the most interesting creative problems take him, particularly where brand, design, technology, and culture intersect. He is drawn to ambitious ideas, difficult problems, and opportunities to build something that did not exist before, or transform something that already exists into something better.

Artist Statement

Design has always been more than a visual exercise for me. It is a way of thinking through a problem, finding what matters, and giving an idea a form that feels right. The best work has an honesty to it. Nothing feels unnecessary. Nothing is there simply to decorate the idea.

I believe strongly in instinct, but instinct gets better with experience. Knowing when to push something further is just as important as knowing when to leave it alone. I care about the details, but never at the expense of the larger idea. Craft matters. Restraint matters. And simplicity is usually much harder to achieve than complexity.

Design is how I think. Storytelling is how I communicate. Creative leadership is where those two worlds collide and something memorable takes shape.
